Madrid's tournament of Vanguard Stars' 2020 Circuit, scheduled to be organized at the Club de Campo Villa de Madrid, in Spain, has been canceled.

Lisbon's tournament of Vanguard Stars' 2020 Circuit, scheduled for 16th and 17th of May, at Clube de Ténis do Jamor, in Portugal, has been postponed to the weekend of 15th and 16th of August.
 

Despite all the efforts of Vanguard Stars to maintain Madrid's tournament, considering all possible options in attention to the evolution of the development of the coronavirus (Covid-19), Vanguard Stars' team, together with the official institutions, federations and clubs, have decided to keep the tournaments of Oporto, Vilamoura (Algarve), Seville, and the Masters, as well as postpone the date of Lisbon's tournament, and unfortunately, cancel the tournaments in Madrid and Lyon.

With the uncertainty in which we live, and taking into account the health and safety of all those involved, the plan at the moment is to organize all the tournaments in Portugal from July and the tournament in Seville. In case there is any future change, we will announce it as far in advance as possible.

With these changes, the calendar is as follows:

1st Tournament - 18th and 19th of July - Oporto

2nd Tournament - 15th and 16th of August - Lisbon

3rd Tournament - 26th and 27th of September - Vilamoura (Algarve)

4th Tournament  - 17th and 18th of October - Seville

5th Tournament  - 5th and 6th of December - Masters

 

All tournaments will be conducted with improved safety and hygiene measures in accordance with the recommendations of the DGS and the FPT.
