Ana Luque Perona 

I train at Escuela de Tenis Atlas de Sevilla/Bernier and started playing at 3, inspired by my mother, the director of a tennis school. I loved watching classes and seeing other kids have fun. I consider myself a good player because I have a good character, fight hard, and follow my coaches’ advice. My idols are Serena Williams and Rafa Nadal, and I’d ask them: “Will you play with me for a while?”. I dream of playing a Grand Slam. At Vanguard Stars, my funniest moment was when my friend Pedro Couto greeted me, sometimes by my name and other times by that of a famous player. I love this circuit because we start with a league phase, play against kids from other countries, and make friends. My biggest dream is to never face a pandemic again. My ideal world has equality between men and women and no child going hungry.
