João Tiago Pedrosa

I started playing tennis at the age of 4, on the same day as my dad. I represent CETL – Clube Escola Ténis de Leiria. I consider myself a good player because I always give my best, work hard and have fun on court. My biggest goal is to become the best tennis player in the world and break the record of 24 Grand Slams. My favourite player is Rafael Nadal — I admire his attitude and effort on court. I’d love to hit some balls with him and have him as my coach. One of the most fun moments was the closing ceremony in Frankfurt, during the Vanguard Stars 2023 circuit. Through this circuit, I’ve improved my ability to adapt to new players. I took part in all the stages and my favourite was Frankfurt. What I enjoy most about Vanguard Stars is the time spent with other players. In my free time, I like training tennis. My ideal world would be full of Peace and Joy, without wars. The people who help me the most are my parents and my family.
