I started playing tennis at 5 when my father took me to Clube Ténis do Porto with the red ball. I’m competitive, live and breathe tennis, have Fair Play white cards, and friends all over Portugal. My idol is Dominic Thiem, and I’d love to have his grit, self-control, and learn the one-handed backhand from him. My dream is to beat him in a Wimbledon final. At Vanguard Stars, the funniest moment was soaking my friend’s face at the water fountain. This tournament is special because it expands my tennis friendships and has a format similar to adult competitions. My biggest dream is to be the best professional player ever and live in a world with more balance, health, friendship, and less pollution.
