Manuel Gonçalves

I train at CAD and started playing tennis at 5, inspired by my family – my uncle, grandfather and great-grandmother, who even played doubles together in Estoril. From the first time, I knew this was my sport. My idol is Roger Federer, and I’d love to invite him for a match. One day, I want to win a Grand Slam and help those without opportunities discover tennis. At Vanguard Stars, my funniest moment was winning in Vilamoura. This tournament is special for being international, meeting foreign players I may face in big events. My ideal world would have more happiness and less hate and envy.
