Nahia Sanchez-Marin

I started playing tennis at 4 years old because my family has always loved the sport. I used to accompany my sister and quickly wanted to pick up the racket. I consider myself a good player because I go on court eager to improve and, most importantly, to have fun. To my idol, Rafa Nadal, I would say his achievements are incredible. One day I would like to be a professional player and compete with the best in the world. My funniest moment at Vanguard Stars was playing mini-tennis with my friends. This tournament is special because of the parades, mascots, prizes, and social atmosphere. My biggest dream is to travel a lot and meet people, and my ideal world would have equality, respect, and understanding.
